We built Echo to protect worker identity first. If people don't feel safe, they won't be honest.

No Raw Audio Storage

Voice data is processed in real-time to extract sentiment and thematic patterns, then immediately discarded. We never store the original recording.

Aggregation Thresholds

Insights are only shown when a minimum of 5 employees have participated. This prevents "singling out" individuals based on their feedback.

Worker Agency

Every participant has a "Kill Switch." At the end of a conversation, they can choose to delete their data entirely if they aren't comfortable sharing it.
